Crystal Park is a gated membership mountain community located above Colorado Springs and adjacent to Manitou Springs, Colorado. Our community consists of over 2,000 acres of wooded, mountainous terrain. The community consists of 360 individual memberships, 215 of which are developed sites.

Crystal Park is a planned unit development (PUD) structured as a non-profit corporation, which is governed by a community-elected Board of Directors under By Laws, a Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements (CCR&Es), and approved policies, rules, and regulations. Additionally, there is a strong committee structure staffed by volunteer residents, which report to the Board of Directors.
On a day-to-day basis, Crystal Park is managed by a full-time professional manager and is maintained by two full-time road maintenance operators, who maintain six miles of paved road and miles of unpaved roads using our fleet of heavy equipment, snow plows and trucks.
Crystal Park amenities are available to members and guests. Many social events are held at our clubhouse complete with full kitchen, expansive deck and high-altitude heated swimming pool. The Park's other recreational facilities are tennis, badminton, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground and miles of trails that start in Crystal Park and merge into Pike National Forest.
Crystal Park offiers residents a unique combination of isolation and convenience. Our residents have solitude, beautiful views and hiking right out our doors, while being only twenty minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.
